✓ Northriva operates on a strict No Win, No Fee basis. You will never be charged upfront. If we do not recover your funds, you owe us absolutely nothing.
1. Our Fee Model
Northriva charges no upfront fees of any kind. Our compensation is exclusively a success fee — a percentage of the funds we successfully recover on your behalf, agreed upon in writing before we begin.
You will never be asked to pay anything before funds are recovered and returned to you.
2. When Fees Apply
Our success fee becomes payable only when funds have been successfully recovered, confirmed by the relevant institution, and transferred to your account.
No fee is charged for case assessment, consultations, investigation, or filing of claims if recovery is unsuccessful.
3. Refund of Success Fees
If a recovery is subsequently reversed by the relevant institution, Northriva will review the situation and refund the proportional fee where appropriate.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@northriva.com within 30 days of the event.
Each refund request is reviewed individually. We are committed to treating all clients fairly.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your engagement at any time by written notice. If no funds have been recovered, no fees are owed. All your documentation will be returned or securely destroyed upon request.
5. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us at support@northriva.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of Canada.
